If you have the trial version then you should press 'start-sai' and the elemap will be there. Add this to the folder where your paint tool sai folder is (mine is called PaintTool SAI English Pack) and then put this in the folder titled 'elemap'. or you can purchase it here ( gum.co/TSOdf ) for $1.
The program I use is Paint Tool SAI (the original trial one not the crack) and here is the trial -> /sai/ĮDIT: You can download the last brush's elemap file for only 100 points.
